Account Closure

You or the Bank may terminate this Agreement and close your account at any time. Upon account closure, all outstanding fees and charges must be settled. Any remaining funds will be returned to you as per the account closure procedures.

We may amend this Agreement from time to time. Notice of amendments will be provided in advance, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Dispute Resolution
